On March 14, Alabama baseball will play its first of five road series against Texas A&M to begin SEC play. Similar to softball, in their inaugural season in the league, the Crimson Tide baseball team will play host to the Oklahoma Sooners in a series. The Tide will play their last regular season games at Florida from May 15–17. The following weekend, the SEC Tournament will return to Hoover, Alabama.
During the 2025 regular season, Alabama will not play South Carolina, Texas, Ole Miss, Arkansas, or Kentucky. View the Tide’s SEC series for 2025 below. A later time will see the announcement of the entire schedule and game times.

The Debbie Green Southern Classic in Greenville, South Carolina, features women’s tennis. The John Hunt Cross Country Running Park in Huntsville, Alabama, hosts men’s and women’s track and cross country events each day. Guys at nine in the morning. Ladies at ten in the morning.

On media day, Alabama Gymnastics welcomed all of the incoming freshmen to the squad.
With a concussion, Tua Tagovailoa, a former quarterback for Alabama, departed Thursday night’s Miami Dolphins game against the Buffalo Bills. Prior to the injury, Tagovailoa completed 17 of 25 passes for 145 yards, three interceptions, and a score. Below, you can see his lone touchdown.
On September 13, 1989, Alabama’s new athletic director was announced. Cecil “Hootie” Ingram was a standout baseball and football player for the Crimson Tide from 1951 to 1954.
In Mobile, on September 13, 1990, AJ McCarron was born.
September 13, 2008: Alabama defeated Western Kentucky 41–7 behind quarterback John Parker Wilson’s 215 yards and two touchdown passes, making him the Crimson Tide’s all-time leader in total offense. The offense gained 557 yards, which is more than Alabama had gained since defeating LSU 644 yards in 1989.
September 13, 2010: Trent Richardson was featured on Sports Illustrated’s cover. “Opening Statements” was the headline pertaining to the first week of college football play.
